This video concept was one that I wanted to explore for a while, and I was finally greenlit to start making videos like this weekly. The goal was to get the Campus Rec community involved with our Instagram, and so I decided to conduct interviews about their favorite exercises. This video ended up being one of our highest performing pieces of content on our Instagram yet!
